The location is great with tons of restaurants and shops close by. Our room had everything we needed, and the staff were helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which was worth it for us. Highlight was visiting the nearby Hamarikyu Gardens and the iconic Shibuya Crossing. Perfect for a group getaway!
One downside was that the breakfast area got really busy, and we had to clear a table ourselves to find a spot. That was a little frustrating.

The portable humidifier was a game changer for dry nights, and I loved being just a short stroll from Ginza. Wifi was super fast, and having bottled water refilled daily is a nice touch. The room was small but comfortable, typical for this area, making it manageable for two of us with our luggage.
Felt like a VIP, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location and comfortable amenities
We stayed in the Superior King Room for five nights and found the bed to be exceptionally comfortable, making it feel like home. The cleanliness of the bathroom and the modern fixtures were impressive, and the hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from shops and restaurants. Daily replenishment of bottled water and thoughtful amenities made our stay enjoyable, but more storage options for luggage would have enhanced our experience.

The Superior King Room was comfy, and the bed felt like a dream. It had enough space for two, and the bathroom was pretty nice with modern fixtures. Daily bottled water was a nice touch, but I thought the air humidifier didn't quite do the trick. still felt a bit dry at night. Overall, it was clean and tidy, though room size is typical for Tokyo, so I expected that. Also, it would be great to have more storage options for luggage.

the elevator situation was a bit tricky since one was out of service. but the location is super close to shimbashi station! plus, the room had a nice air purifier and daily replenished bottled water. easy access to nearby eateries!

Superb location—only a short stroll from Shimbashi station where transfers to major areas are a breeze. Air purifiers combat any lingering smoke smells in rooms and the thoughtful freshener option helps, especially in a smoking room.
The ambiance suffers from excessively dark corridors and rooms, making it a challenge to navigate, especially when returning late. The lifts are tiny. at times, the wait felt longer than I'd like, with limited space for everyone. Lighting in the bathrooms could really use an upgrade. trying to shave or apply grooming products in such low light isn't exactly convenient.

Everything was flawless.
